The Solicitor is a newsletter published quarterly by Legal Mutual Liability Insurance Society of Maryland for the benefit of its policyholders and the legal community. It includes loss prevention and risk management techniques, news, tips and strategies designed to help Maryland lawyers minimize the likelihood of their being sued for legal malpractice. The articles are presented to assist lawyers and their staffs in the enhancement of their own risk management and loss prevention programs and procedures.
