Walt is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of both Legal Mutual and LMI Agency, Inc., overseeing the day-to-day operations of both companies.

Prior to joining the Legal Mutual team, Walt had gained an extensive property/casualty insurance background. His experience comes from national stock carriers such as Fireman's Fund American Insurance Company and United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company where he held management level positions ranging from local to international for over twenty years.

Walt is active in the American Bar Association (ABA), National Legal Malpractice Data Center and the management arm of the National Association of Bar Related Insurance Companies (NABRICO).
